- This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) is intended to explain the refund process for IVR Footage Private Limited, the operator of the stock footage and photo selling website (the “Website”). The Policy applies to all purchases of stock footage and photos (the “Media”) made through the Website.

- Refund Process:
- In the event that a User is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed within 30 Working Days of the Company receiving the refund request. The refund will be credited back to the original mode of payment used to purchase the Media.
- Damaged or Defective Media:
- If the User receives Media that is damaged or defective, the User should contact the Company at support@ivrfootage.com or call anytime @ +91 98640 35449 within 7 days of receiving the Media. The Company will take necessary steps to solve the issue on a priority basis.
- Limitation of Liability:
- The Company will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the purchase of Media through the Website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
- Governing Law:
- This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
